The focus is on functional training and seeing the core as the brain or central part of the body. With body sculpting, bodyweight exercises you get both form and function. Most people choose only one aspect of fitness. Fitness involves many aspects: strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. Our program is a method that encompasses all the necessary elements of physical fitness in addition to sculpting your body. The key is moving your entire body, not just one part. Only when you move your entire body will you get results "FAST".
