Bonita Kindle age 56 is a certified personal fitness trainer with more than 20 years experience in the fitness coaching field,a holistic health & nutrition coach, has studied raw organic food techniques with Living Light Culinary program , is certified with Cousins Incredible Vitality Associate Chef/Instructor Program, and has studied with many well know raw food chefs. Bonita is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Institute for the Psycology of Eating,Ohashiatsu Institute, Reflexology, Acupressure Massage, and Thai Yoga Therapy programs. Bonita's amazing results in the fitness field gained the attention of Hollywood producers and led to her casting in an exercise video with celebrity Stephanie Powers. She has trained at Harpo Studios in Chicago and was a champion bodybuilder. Bonita has also worked for several years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Many people seek Bonita's coaching because of her vibrant energy and success in their workouts and lifestyle changes they have noticed. Bonita's objectives are to educate and help to assure her clients success in reaching their fitness, raw foods, and lifestyle goals. As a holistic health counselor my mission is to provide busy business women with tools to incorporate regular exercise, healthy foods, and stress management into their lives.

Bonita Kindle has been assisting us with our Corporate Health Fairs by providing nutritional consults to our corporate employees.
